I'm Dr. Rachel Glover. I'm a scientist, company director, and Onchan resident. I've built a biotech business here, I set up the Island's COVID testing laboratory in 2020, and I'm raising my family in Onchan.
I'm standing for MHK because I'm tired of watching real problems get strategy documents instead of measurable and accountable solutions that improve our lives.
